Stunning hand hammered approximate 9/16" double sided disc. One side 18K gold fused with .925 sterling silver on the other side. Charms hang from 18" shiny sterling silver chain. Our unique artist inscription can be put on both front and back of the disc. Recommended name on front, and birth date on the back. 9 characters max on each side. 

 

May be embellished with a collection of mini authentic Swarovski crystal birthstones together on a tiny goldfill ring next to the charms.

 

Price includes one charm + one sterling silver chain. Birthstones and extra charms are additional. Add on charms can be ordered at a later date for growing families.
