Discs are approx 1/2" and hang charm-style. Embellished with mini Swarovski crystal birthstones. 4 discs max, for 5 or more charms, please view our multi-charm necklace. Each piece a custom creation by hollymarie jewelry. Includes 1 disc and 1 birthstone. Additional discs/birthstones extra. You will be able to add charms at a later date for $50 per disc/birthstone.
