Shipping:
Up to $50.00 = $6.95
$50.01 to $75.00 = $7.95
$75.01 to $99.00 = $8.95
$99.01 and up = $9.95
Rates apply to orders being sent to the 48 Contiguous United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S.Territories may be subject to additional fees. Should there be any additional charges due to International addresses, oversized or unusually heavy orders, we will notify you by email immediately. Expedited shipping methods are available. Please email us at cosmicservice@myretrobaby.com or call (877) RETRO42 or (877) 738.7642 for rates. Undeliverable shipments or refused deliveries may be subject to a 10% handling fee. If a package needs to be re-sent, we will not be responsible for shipping charges back to you.

For 'Free Shipping' promotions, packages may be sent via standard ground shipping method. Shipping method will be chosen at the discretion of My Retro Baby.
International orders:
To place an International order, please email us at cosmicservice@myretrobaby.com.
Orders Sent: In stock items will ship by the next business day. Please check availability listed on each item page. Typical transit time for items that are listed as "ships by the next business day" is approximately 2-3 days. If an item availability is stated as (ie. ships within 5-7 business days), you can expect it will take an additional 2-3 business (Priority Mail) or 5-7 days (Ground Service) on top of that time frame. If you should need your order faster than specified, please email cosmicservice@myretrobaby.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Some items may be shipped separately and you will be notified by email if that is the case. The item availability listed on each item page is an estimated timeframe, and not guaranteed. This is due to the nature of our unique, and in some cases (handcrafted) items. If you have any questions regarding availability, please email cosmicservice@myretrobaby.com.

Why am I having trouble placing an order?
If you have already registered with My Retro Baby and are having trouble placing an order, try logging in with your email and password here, and then continue to enter your order. If you never created a password, you can reset one by clicking on "forgot password" and instructions will be emailed to you. You are not required to register with My Retro Baby to place an order.
Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available in multiple denominations, click here for more information. Discounts or promotions cannot be used towards the purchase of a gift certificate. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Gift Wrapping: Optional gift-wrapping is available for $3.95; this includes wrap (choices below), coordinating grosgrain ribbon and a personalized gift tag. For all orders, we will be happy to enclose a complimentary gift card with your personalized message for the recipient. All items that can be gift wrapped include the gift wrap option on the bottom of the page. Please note: Pricing and payment information will not show on the gift receipt.

Privacy and Security: We value your privacy! All information submitted to My Retro Baby is kept confidential. No personal information is shared, sold, or distributed.
My Retro Baby uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, (such as credit card submissions) are not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

Returns/Exchanges: We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from My Retro Baby. But, if for some reason you are not, our return/exchange policy is as follows:
- General Merchandise: Can be returned in its original packaging and condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. *Custom items cannot be returned. Custom items are noted in the description alongside the item. Anything personalized is considered a custom item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Any returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. SALE/DISCONTINUED items can be returned for a store credit only. On handcrafted items, you can expect slight variations in size and pattern layout.

Sales tax: If your shipment is going to an address in the state of Massachusetts, there is a state sales tax of 5% added to your order. If your order will be shipped outside of Massachusetts, there will not be any sales tax added to your order.
Special Offers: My Retro Baby will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers. To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process. If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
Tracking your order: You will be notified by email once your order is shipped. Some items will be shipped separately. This will be noted on the email confirmation we send upon shipment of your order. If you have registered with My Retro Baby, you may login to My Retro Baby to check the status of your order.
Wish List:
To view a friend or family member's wish list, you will need their email and their password. You can view a wish list from here. If you purchase an item from someone's wish list, please make note in the cart at checkout so that we may remove the item(s) from the list.
